At project inception, we are the Project Manager that works side by side with our clients to help develop budgets, feasibility studies, and design analysis, as well as value engineering, conceptual budgeting, and architect and engineer pre-qualifications.
From the design stage, our Design Management services include bid analysis of A/E services and the management of the A/E production services, from schematics through construction documents.
If planning and design are complete, Pham Management is perfectly suited as the Construction Manager that will take construction documents through a negotiated-fee contract or full-bid package to a general contractor. If the client provides A/E and GC contracts internally, we have years of experience providing on-site Field Management and Document Controls to run any project from construction through close-out.
