Description:Decatur Crossing Façade Renovations

Cosmetic renovation of the Decatur Crossing Shopping Center (5) total buildings over two phases. Sr. Project Manager for JLL acting as CM responsible for oversight of architects, engineers, and GC. Phase 1 - fast track exterior renovation of the anchor tenant, Planet Fitness. Phase 2 – exterior renovation of all other buildings in the center plus new parking lot light poles and re-seal and re-stripe of parking lot.

Project management duties also included coordination with the architect to produce CDs and respond to RFIs and Submittals for this fast track project; provide bid and change order analysis and approvals for clients; perform regular site visits for field coordination with GC and field pictures for bi-weekly updates with clients; update budget based on monthly pay app approvals and approved change orders, plus forecast of potential changes.


Barclaycard Center

Description:Barclaycard – Phase 2

Complete demolition and renovation of first floor at Barclaycard Building 2280. Sr. Project Manager for JLL acting as CM responsible for oversight of architects, engineers, GC, and cost manager. Internal responsibilities included processing all Barclay’s project documentation, Project Manager’s Instruction Form (PMI) and Change Control Forms (CCF), and coordinating with Barclay Corporate IT and national agreements for furniture.

Project management duties also included coordination with GC to provide all back-up documents for individual bidders for Barclays documentation and approval; coordinated with A/E team to return RFIs and submittals to keep the project moving; coordinate all expenditures with Barclay’s cost manager for final budget summaries; work with local Barclaycard management for approvals and change management. Also provided regular site visits for field coordination with GC and field pictures for monthly reports to Barclays – New York.

Description:Equitable Building

Consolidation and renovation of the New York regional banking office in the Equitable Building consisting of 50,000 SF out of 98,000 total SF of occupied space. Project Manager representing corporate office in coordination of New York project team, including budget, schedule, and on-site construction management. Secondary responsibilities included coordination of Real Estate Transaction Unit’s subleasing efforts of the newly-vacated space, coordination of capital reserve for subleasing short-falls, demising construction for sublease of space (50,000 SF), and lease transaction coordination between the bank, local brokers, and subtenant’s construction managers.

Project Management duties also involved programming for multiple lines of business, development of a new furniture standard for both service and production units on the same floor, and coordination of the relocation of over 175 staff that occupied five different floors.


Pasadena Mortgage Custody

Description:Pasadena Mortgage Custody

Relocation of 1.7 million live mortgage files from Pasadena facility to newly constructed Simi Valley, CA facility. Project Manager representing corporate office in joint construction venture between First Chicago Mortgage Custody and Countrywide Home Loans (CHL) including design and construction of 50,000 SF of space, bid reviews and awards to local movers, and on-site coordination of the relocation of 500,000 live mortgage files over one weekend.

Interior construction included three-separated 2-HR fire-rated filing vaults, IT systems room with full infrastructure tie back to main CHL data center, multiple secured staging areas, and all typical bank security systems. Managed build-out of 100 new cubicle workstations and also relocation of office staff from Pasadena to Simi Valley.
